Let our highly qualified coaches guide you through your skill achievements. We specialize in building tumbling and cheer skills from the basics to the most elite. We offer a wide variety of classes for athletes ages 2 and over. From forward rolls and cartwheels to advanced skills such as full and beyond, we’ll be your partner in discovering what you are capable of. No matter what your age or skill level is, we have classes that will fit and challenge you.

TUESDAY:

  • 4:00pm-4:50pm - Preschool Tumbling

  • 4:00pm-4:50pm - Level 1 Tumbling

  • 4:00pm-4:50pm - Level 2-3 Tumbling

WEDNESDAY:

  • 5:00pm-5:50pm - Level 3-4 Tumbling

  • 6:30pm-7:20pm - Cheer 101

  • 7:00pm-7:50pm - Level 3 Tumbling

  • 5:00pm-5:50pm - Level 1 Tumbling

  • 8:00pm-8:50pm - Level 3 Tumbling

  • This is the perfect class for athletes ages 5 & older at the beginner level. No experience is required. When athletes graduate this class, it’s time to start flipping! Skills trained in this class include:

    • Forward and Backwards Rolls

    • Cartwheels

    • Handstands

    • Round Offs

    • Standing Bridges

    • Bridge Kickover

    • Front and Back Walkover

    • Front Walkover Cartwheel

    • Back Walkover Switch Leg

  • This is the perfect class for athletes ages 6 and up to work on learning a Back Handspring. Athletes must have mastered all skills in Level 1 Tumbling before enrolling. In this class you will learn:

    • Standing Back Handspring

    • Back Walkover Back Handspring

    • Round Off Back Handspring

    • Round Off Back Handspring Step-Out

    • Round Off Back Handspring Series

  • This class is great for athletes who are ready to learn their back tuck! Skills trained in this class include:

    • Standing Back Handspring Series

    • Standing Back Handspring Step Out Series

    • Round Off Back Handspring Tuck

  • This class is for athletes who have mastered all skills in level 3 and have strong overall standing and running tumbling skills. In this class athletes will work on:

    • Standing Back Handspring Tuck

    • Standing 2 Back Handspring Tuck

    • Round Off Back Handspring Layout

  • This class is for athletes who have mastered all skills in the level 4 class and have strong overall standing and running tumbling skills. Skills trained in this class include:

    • Standing Back Handspring Full & Double Full

    • Standing 2 Back Handspring Layout, Full & Double Full

    • Round Off Back Handspring Full

    • Round Off Back Handspring Double Full

    • Specialty Through To Full/Double Full

  • In this class, athletes will work on their jumps to improve technique and height. Athletes of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to attend! This class is also highly recommended for both all-star & rec/school cheerleaders. 

  • This class is for athletes ages 6 and over who want to work on their flyer skills. Athletes will work on the flexibility, strength, and stability required to be a flyer! This class is highly encouraged for our team flyers.

  • This is an introductory class to learn the basics of tumbling, balance and more for athletes ages 2-4. In this class you will learn:

    • Forward Rolls 

    • Backward Rolls

    • Handstands

    • Cartwheels & More!

  • This is an introduction to cheerleading class for ages 4 & up that is designed to give athletes a taste of what cheer is all about! In this class, athletes will learn cheer jumps, tumble, motions, work on cheers and stunt.
